Like it or not, Miley Cyrus has left a lasting impact on pop culture. For example: did you know simulating nudity is the hot new trend in live performances?

Lady Gaga was definitely paying attention during the VMAs. Here she is on the X Factor Sunday night, performing her new singles “Venus” and “Do What You Like.” Although, is anyone else underwhelmed with these new Artpop singles? There is just something missing from her Fame era of being hungry for success.

Anyway, watch the performance above in case you missed it last night. Kudos to the drag-queen-inspired move of having a wig underneath a wig; it was probably the most exciting part of the performance.
