“To win a war you have to start one” is the tagline in the first full trailer for HBO’s The Normal Heart, based on Larry Kramer’s iconic play.
The film was directed by Ryan Murphy and chronicles the early days of the AIDS epidemic, with stars Mark Ruffalo, Matt Bomer, Julia Roberts, Taylor Kitsch and Jim Parsons.
The Normal Heart premieres May 25.
