Meet Cute screens at the 2016 Vancouver Queer Film Festival.

Robin Perelle

Meet the bisexual writers of Meet Cute, a short film that premiered at Vancouver’s Crazy8s gala in February 2016, and will now screen at the Vancouver Queer Film Festival’s “The Coast is Queer” program of short films from local BC filmmakers.

For Meet Cute writers Brendee Green and Patrick Currie (who also directed the film), being bisexual can be complicated.

Daily Xtra sat down with them earlier this year to talk about the film, their own experiences, and how they feel when someone tells them to “just pick a side.” Watch our video above.
