A three-year male-to-female transition in a minute and a half

Remember a few years back when everyone kept releasing time-lapse videos of themselves aging? They were cool the first few times you saw them, but after the third or fourth “watch me age, but quickly!” video hit the web, it kind of got stale really fast. No offence to anyone who made them, but watching someone age is really only interesting if you’re Dorian Gray or Benjamin Button.

However, when you’re actually transforming into someone new and you want to document the process? That’s interesting. That’s actually a fascinating glimpse into a segment of humanity that people don’t see that often. With that in mind, here’s YouTube user iiGethii documenting her three-year female-to-male transition, and the process is really quite beautiful and enthralling.
