Kate Moss releases single ‘Day and All Night’

“People are a bit shocked to see me walking down the street,” Kate Moss coos in the track “Day and All Night” by Canadian DJ Brendan Fallis, who sampled Kate’s spoken audio from her Stuart Weitzman campaign for the song.

“I think thigh-high boots are especially sexy and glamorous, especially if you do wear them with a short skirt,” Kate says with a breathy laugh. “It’s a good look.”

The supermodel doesn’t sing on the club track with a jazz twist, although she did lend her vocals to ex-boyfriend Pete Doherty’s band Babyshambles a few years back. As for rumours she’ll be recording with her husband, The Kills’ Jamie Hince, the band’s frontwoman, Alison Mosshart, doesn’t think it’s likely.

“The Kills have never had anyone else sing on any of their tracks ever,” Alison said, so “I don’t see any reason why that would happen.”
