Sébastien Provencher explores masculinity through dance

“I think the way gender is represented in contemporary dance right now is changing a lot,” says Montreal-based choreographer Sébastien Provencher.

In his new work, Children of Chemistry, Provencher looks at how masculinity is represented in fashion and sports, tackling the lack of physical intimacy between men.
