On July 17, Poland became the first Eastern European country to host EuroPride. Despite threats of violence and strong opposition from conservative and Catholic leaders, the EuroPride parade made its way through the streets of Warsaw. Xtra’s David Walberg was on hand to cover the historic occasion.
