I Want Your Love boasts lots of gay sex

Travis Mathews film to screen at Vancouver Film Festival

I Want Your Love straddles the worlds of gay porn and dramatic cinema to produce a very hot and intimate film.

“There is explicit sex and there is a lot of naturalism and intimacy that I try to underscore throughout,” says director Travis Mathews.

Mathews got early backing for the film from NakedSword, a gay-porn production company.

The film follows Jesse, a 20-something hipster living in San Francisco who is pulling up stakes to move back to Ohio. But first there is a goodbye tour and some sex to be had.

I Want Your Love will screen Aug 18, 2012, at the Vancouver Queer Film Festival.

Below, Peter Knegt, who had a bit part in the film, interviews Mathews.
