Party leaders mark International Women’s Day

The 100th anniversary of International Women’s Day was marked by each party leader’s issuing a statement:

Prime Minister Stephen Harper

Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff (with Lise Zarac and Anita Neville)

Bloc Québécois Leader Gilles Duceppe

NDP Leader Jack Layton (with Irene Mathyssen)

And the only female leader of a federal party, the Green Party’s Elizabeth May, has also posted a YouTube video.
