The casual sex website Adult Friend Finder has been hacked, leaking data from over 400 million accounts. The unidentified hackers reportedly got access to data from Adult Friend Finder and a number of sister website due to shoddy security protocols.

US president elect Donald Trump reassured LGBT Americans in an interview Sunday that equal marriage is “settled law”, and will not be rolled back under a Trump presidency. He is also reportedly considering an openly gay man as US ambassador to the United Nations.

Christian writer Glennon Doyle Melton, known for her tell-all blogs about being a Christian mother, has announced she is dating lesbian soccer star Abby Wambach. Melton recently divorced from her husband, and has long supported LGBT rights.

Australia shelves equal marriage discussion

Australia’s Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull says he will “let the dust settle” before returning to any more talk of same-sex marriage. Turnbull proposed a plebiscite on the issue, but it was shot down by the left-leaning Labour party as unnecessary and a platform for homophobia.
