Greenland gets equal marriage

On April 1, Greenland officially adopted equal marriage, borrowing the law as a constituent territory from Denmark for its 50,000 residents. The bishop of the Church of Greenland says he welcomes gender-neutral marriage law.

In an attempt to save money and appeal to younger readers, LGBT magazine Frontiers has fired a senior lesbian reporter for being too old. Karen Ocamb, who is 66, had been with the publication for 14 years.
