Sex Workin’

The scene at a peaceful show of support of women who have lost the battle to violence, in this, the 7th International Day to End Violence Against Sex Workers. On the right is my friend Emilie Laliberté from Stella. At left is Plateau politician Amir Kadir. Stella’s people were instrumental in putting some dick violent perp in jail, and trial is due to start soon for Marco Chevalier in Sainte-Hyacinthe.

The red umbrellas were a colourful reminder of the blood on our hands, as bystanders… of the violence criminalization of sex work can lead to.
