World women’s soccer team boast…

The Women’s Professional Soccer Championship will be contested in Rochester, NY, as the Philadelphia Independence come to Sahlen’s Stadium to take on the Western New York Flash. The game will feature some of the best women’s soccer players in the world.

She’s one of the top five women’s players in the league for the 2011 season. She is… Christine Sinclair.

She might actually be a better all-around player than her teammates; this season, she netted 10 goals and leads the WPS in assists with eight. Sinclair is Canada’s all-time leading goal scorer. In addition to having played in two World Cup tournaments, she won a WPS title last year and NCAA titles while at the University of Portland.
