Gay icon star coming to Lower Mainland

Well, a downtown venue might have been nice, but at least pop’s hottest, gayest new glamstar — the sexy, talented, Bowie-inspired Adam Lambert — is coming to Vancity.

Or close enough. Lambert performs at the Red Robinson Show Theatre in Coquitlam on Thurs, April 8 and the River Rock Casino in Richmond on Fri, April 9. They may be casino stops, but the Coquitlam show is his first concert in Canada ever. Score one for the Lower Mainland.
