Walk the bridge in my shoes

On August 21, 1989 Alain Brousseau was dropped off the Alexandra Bridge by a group of teenagers who thought he was gay. He wasn’t.

To commemorate the 20th anniversary of Brousseau’s death, Capital Pride in partnership with the Ottawa Police Service’s hate crime unit and their liaison to the queer communities organized “Walk the bridge in my shoes”
