Vancouver’s Next Drag Superstar

Wigl'it heads to NYC

New Zealand’s Anita Wigl’it took home the title Feb 14 as Celebrities Nightclub hosted the grand finale of its Next Drag Superstar competition in Vancouver.

Wigl’it now gets to attend the RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 5 wrap party in New York.

Xtra went backstage on Valentine’s Day to talk to the queens and celebrity judge (and Drag Race winner) Sharon Needles about the competition.

On occasion, the number of editors and other staff who contribute to a story gets a little unwieldy to give a byline to everyone.
