Tuesday Hotness – Beefcake antidote?

The hotness files have been open for quite some time now…and recently I’ve been getting two types of feedback:

1) Sean, those guys are h-a-w-t … ughn!

2) Ugh, what’s the deal with you and muscle?

I’m opened-minded people. And have always maintained: send me your hotness and I will post it. Too much beefcake? Let me know and I will look for beef muffins and/or beef cookies and/or as in the case of today’s posting, beef nanaimo bars (mmm).

With this in mind, and in an effort to meet Canadian Content criteria, I’m submitting Montreal’s Joel A Bedford for your consideration. There’s something to be said for professionals, hey?
