PaulFrank.comEven if you don’t know that Julius the monkey is the face of Paul Frank Industries, I’m sure you have seen the plethora of shirts, glasses, underwear and accessories sporting this primate’s mug.

While technically a chimpanzee, Julius’ head is usually emblazoned on brightly coloured backgrounds normally reserved for the gay Pride flag, and his face is an automatic link to designer style.

Gay boys love to wear the monkey almost as much as they like to spank it and lesbians… well who doesn’t love a monkey?
