Thursday, May 3

Spring Sensual Yoga

I might need a few make-up classes before I do the nude option, how about you? This is a clothing-optional yoga class for people who identify as men. In the first part of the class, you’ll focus on breathing, toning and meditation. The second half (which is optional) will include yoga with a partner and “simple tantra touch exercises.”

Zee Zee Theatre 10th Anniversary Gala

These local theatre makers bring us some of the best shows around, and now they’re celebrating 10 great years. Enjoy excerpts from some of Zee Zee’s productions, plus drag performances, a silent auction and raffle and more. Your ticket includes a drink and snacks, and is partially tax-deductible.

Finish

Drag, performance and installation art combine at this party “inspired by the European nightlife scene.” Finish features performances by Arson Nicki, Dee Blew, Rogue, Isabella and P.M., with music by Maxwell Maxwell.

Wet & Wild

For some of the best muscle bear entertainment around, you can’t beat the shower show and the Go-Go box. There’s always something for everyone, and the DJs are just as hot and frisky as the entertainment.

Eye Roll: Another F@&*ing ’90s Party

Why not stick around after the Zee Zee anniversary gala and see two of the theatre company’s hottest members as they bring you a night of ’90s entertainment? It’s none other than the fabulous pair, Peach Cobblah and Isolde N Barron. And because it’s the ’90s, you know Carlotta has to be involved, because that’s when she was born, right?

Van-Pah Mosh

The Pumpjack hosts this get-together for pups and handlers. Romp with the pups, chat with other handlers or just come and watch and rub a belly if it’s offered to you.

Go-Go Night

Some of the best go-go muscle bears in town get on the box for your enjoyment. If you’re lucky, they might get sweaty enough to jump in for an impromptu shower. There’s always a surprise or two in store for you at this night.

Sticky Saturdays

Sounds like me after Wet & Wild Fridays, but no, this is a new night in the village that’s worth checking out. They’re promising “new lights and new visuals,” with the same great atmosphere and some of the best-looking staff in town. Rotating DJs every week including Carolina Campos, G-Luve, Evonne Spencer and tonight’s star, Rafael Calvente.

Gender Free Haircut Club

Welcome to Vancouver’s first gender free haircut club, where stylists will give free haircuts to LGBTQ+ youth. Haircuts are first come, first serve, but please register in advance by emailing missy@studio209hair.com.

Sanctuary: Alma’s Bye For Now Tour

Believe it or not, Alma Bitches has run through all the men in the West End and the poor thing has to go on tour to look for some new meat. Catch her tonight for one of her last shows in town for a while before she becomes a Canadian legend, like Anne Murray.

GAYlarious Comedy Fundraiser

It’s called Gaylarious, so you can bet Darcy Michael is headlining. Hosted by Jennifer Robertson from Schitt’s Creek, with New Westminster comedians Erin Jeffery and Travis Ketler and more. Your ticket will help support the New Westminster Pride Society.

Gay Bingo: The Return Of Robyn Graves

That’s right: Robyn Graves has served her time and is back from retirement to co-host tonight’s festivities. If you’ve never experienced Robyn and Carlotta together, you’re in for a night. Throw in Del Stamp, and you may as well just call in sick tomorrow. All proceeds from Bingo go to the Friends For Life, which supports people living with HIV and other illnesses.
