Christian Dior Exhibition

Fashion lovers lose it over an exhibit that explores how Christian Dior’s creations revived the Paris haute couture industry in the aftermath of the Second World War. It features more than 100 pieces. The venue is accessible.

Pink Market Toronto: Pink Xmas 2017

At this annual queer craft, fashion, art and literature fair, you can browse the wares of such vendors as Crass Stitches, Queer Supply, Toni Marlow Clothing, Weal and Breech and GRRRL Spells. The venue is accessible.

A Drag Tribute to Meryl Streep

In this dubious tribute to Meryl Streep, a “menageries of ghastly creatures” (that’s drag queens Boa, Nancy Bocock and Fisher Price) perform their favourite songs from the beloved actress’ films. The venue is not accessible.

Femme: A New Quarterly Party

DJs Lee and Valerie Soo spin at a new recurring dance party that, according to billing, “amplifies femme power, energy, art and resilience.” The venue is mostly accessible (there are no buttons to open the front door or accessible washroom door).

Fortune and Men’s Eyes: 50th Anniversary Presentation

In celebration of the 1967 premiere of Canadian John Herbert’s hit play Fortune and Men’s Eyes, Koval Studio presents a dramatic reading of the work. This is followed by a panel discussion that includes Brad Fraser and Sky Gilbert. The venue is accessible.
