No buyers for alleged Marilyn Monroe sex tape

No one has bid on the video that Mikel Barsa claims shows a young Marilyn Monroe, then Norma Jeane Baker, engaging in sex acts. Barsa was asking for two million Argentine pesos, or about $475,000 Canadian.

“It doesn’t surprise me. The latest statements by Nancy Carlson didn’t do any good for this,” Barsa said to reporters.

Nancy Carlson, the spokeswoman for Monroe’s image and estate, has said, “To me personally, it doesn’t even resemble her.” Nancy has also threatened legal action against Barsa for “perpetrating a fraud on the public, violating the Monroe estate’s exclusive rights to her image and other intellectual property infringement.”

Mikel Barsa alleges that Norma Jeane made the video between 1945 and 1947, when she was broke and desperate to break into show business.

Marilyn Monroe was taken advantage of by men her whole life. It’s shameful that this trend continues even after her death. Doesn’t she deserve to rest in peace?
