In other news, apparently food poisoning can seem to vanish for a few hours, only to return with a vengeance that far exceeded my imaginative powers. It can also last for more than 48 hours and symptoms will become worse if you consume any of the following:
1) Non-probiotic dairy
2) Coffee
3) Fruits and vegetables
4) Spicy foods
…which are pretty much all I’ve been consuming since my appetite came back.
Keep this blog posting in mind next time you think you may have food poisoning…lessons learned.
