Abtastic Week 12

Who came out to Top Model last night? Pretty big community turn out you guys…was great to see support for locally-made, locally-run entertainment. I’m going to write a full review for my print column coming out Wednesday, but here’s one of my fav moments from the night, brought to you by the boys at Homorazzi:

I had no photographer this week for the ab update, so these definitely have the amateur self-shot aspect to them. Have started taking two days off back to back instead of splitting them up over the course of a week and I think that’s helping muscle gain and recovery. Here’s what’s up:
