Abtastic 2009 – Week 5…RESULTS!!!

Valentines is coming up:

Oh god. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve looked down only to discover DO ME written across my stomach.

Here’s an update on the ab quest: most of my clothes don’t fit anymore and we’re finally starting to see some definition. If you’re looking for a good work out plan, I’m highly recommending LL Cool J’s Platinum Workout. I have 11 weeks to go. Next week is a week off to let my body recouperate from the strength training portion (guess who can bench 200lbs?)
