Abtastic 2009 – Week 11

Okay it’s Sunday. I know. Two days late, but better late than never – and I mean really, who doesn’t like checking out Sexy Jesus every now and then?

Update: I’m at Week 11 and feel like I’ve hit a plateau. Sure my recent pink eye/head cold bout meant no cardio and no gym for 5 days last week, but I’m still not feeling like I’m making the kind of gains that I thought I would by this point. So, it’s time to look at diet maybe. I’ve cut cream and sugar and have started drinking my coffee black (tastes better anyway). I’m going to start buying skim milk for protein shakes instead of 2%. I’ll let you know if that does the trick…
