James Franco stripped down to a jockstrap by Bianca Del Rio

Every year, the good little singers/actors/dancers/entertainers of Broadway come together to raise money the oldest way possible: with sex! Broadway Bares, the annual burlesque show hosted at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City, raises millions for AIDS-related causes while giving lovers of man-candy everywhere something to gawk at.

But this year, they decided to top themselves. Not only did they manage to get Academy Award nominee and stoner artist James Franco with his pants around his ankles, but they even got RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 6 winner Bianca Del Rio to do the honours.

A few errant thoughts on this: first, James Franco’s ass? It’s all right. For a straight-boy ass, it’s not bad, I guess. I’d give it a solid six* out of 10. But what really tickles me is that Bianca Del Rio got a bigger round of applause than Franco did. Seriously, the crowd could have cheered for her all night if she didn’t cut them off.

Also, I’m happy to see straight boys finally embracing the jockstrap as an undergarment. It’s like a WonderBra for your tuchus! Why aren’t more people wearing them? They’re fantastic! And as you can see, when you throw a jockstrap on a famous tush, it makes for a great fundraiser.

*BOOM! Phrasing!
