Mary Lambert of ‘Same Love’ fame premieres ‘She Keeps Me Warm’

Chances are you’ve already heard Macklemore’s “Same Love” by now, because it’s been posted to pretty much every gay blog that has or will ever exist, and it’s become a respectably well-received radio hit in its own right.

Ever since “Same Love” took off, Mary Lambert — the female singer who performed the chorus — has been steadily gaining buzz as a musician. Recently, a full-length, fleshed-out version of Lambert’s chorus started making the rounds and has been released as “She Keeps Me Warm.” And yes, it’s absolutely gorgeous.
