The Black Eagle reopens after massive renovation

As those who frequent the Church-Wellesley Village may have noticed, the Black Eagle has been undergoing a pretty massive renovation over the past few months, overhauling the main floor and installing a new backroom area for play events.

Well, after months of hard work, The Black Eagle finally opened up the main floor tonight, unveiling a much spacier and more homey bar area and a backroom with dungeon equipment and a cage area. Not only that, but the bar can now host more people than it could before.

So the good news is that if you want to go to the Eagle to socialize, there’s now a helluva lot more room to do it. And if you want to go to the Eagle to play around, there’s now more space and you have the proper furnishings for it. Yay!
