Filipina pop diva and Glee star Charice comes out as gay

Former Glee star Charice, the pop diva from the Philippines whose vocal prowess has been compared to the likes of Céline Dion and Whitney Houston, has come out as lesbian in an interview with Boy Abunda on The Buzz.

“I don’t know how to phrase this, only because you don’t owe anyone an explanation,” Boy Abunda said, before asking about Charice’s sexuality.

There were lots of dramatic pauses before Charice revealed, “Opo, tomboy po ako [Yes, I am homosexual].”

As if her new fierce dyke haircut didn’t give us the only answer we need!
