Want to have RuPaul officiate your wedding? Well now you can!

. . . Possibly! Asterisk!

A couple years back, when I was young and thought love was dead, I decided that I would get hitched only under three circumstances: I’d walk down the aisle to Peaches’ “Fuck the Pain Away,” RuPaul would officiate the wedding, and there’d be an open bar. That last one was the clincher if we’re being honest here.

Thankfully, there’s now a chance that you too can have RuPaul officiate your wedding! NewNowNext is currently running a contest where couples who are ready to walk down the aisle can send in pictures and information about themselves and possibly win the opportunity to have Ru herself preside over their nuptials.

If you dream of having the greatest ceremony of all time, boy do we have good news for you child, as RuPaul is ready, willing and able to give one couple the wedding of their dreams.

All you have to do is shoot us an email here (tvcouplescasting111@gmail.com), tell us a little about yourselves, and explain why you want to have the world’s most memorable ceremony of all time with RuPaul as your officiant. And really, why wouldn’t you?

Must be at least 21 years old, and please include some sickening photos of you and your significant other. Oh, and, sadly, we can’t guarantee that Ru will not be the best looking person at the ceremony. (Our apologies friends.)

The good news is that even if you can’t score Ru, Drag Race alum Latrice Royale is also reportedly an ordained minister (who knew?), and nothing caps off a wedding like a rousing rendition of “Jesus Is a Biscuit (Let Him Sop You Up).”
