Algonquin College’s Drag to Conquer Cancer

Algonquin College may not have enough of a thriving queer scene to host a full Pride Week, but the institution’s Queer Students’ Alliance will stage Drag to Conquer Cancer March 7.

All proceeds from the event benefit the Ride to Conquer Cancer, a two-day bike ride that raises money for the Campbell Family Institute at Princess Margaret Hospital.Drag to Conquer Cancer features performances by Zelda Marshall, Selena Ho-Mez, Krystal Caring and the Capital Kings.Tickets are available at the Students’ Association office (room E114).
