China Doll remixed

Local drag performer showcases as part of arts festival

For the first time, local drag performer China Doll is participating in the Chinatown Remixed arts festival as a visual artist.

In the past, she has performed and been the official emcee on opening day. The month-long festival follows a door-to-door format; guests go from business to business to view the art. China Doll is showing her art – some iconic China Doll outfits and props – at Aline Hair Design, near the intersection of Somerset and Booth streets.
