Weights: Before Photos

Spring fever has hit big time, and thanks to Big Roger Events, I get to experience a Weights makeover worthy of a whole new decade. Turns out that I won Big Roger’s New Year’s Eve Magic party draw prize. This includes a month’s worth of personal training sessions and some wellness and cosmetic perks as well, like infrared sauna sessions, a face massage, teeth whitening and some other fun services.

Now if you haven’t heard of Weights, it’s an independent gym based out of Gastown: one-on-one training sessions, customized work-out plans. I’ve been working out in gyms for more than ten years now, and let me tell you, I haven’t hurt like I’ve hurt after a couple sessions with these guys since I started working out in 1998. Check out their site for more info. I’m going to be working with trainer/owner Bryan Runge but have also had some sessions with co-owner/trainer Kurt Luzny.

I’ll be posting a video blog about Weights later this month. In the meantime, here are some before photos in work-out underwear. Pretty sexy right? Will try to wear something a little better for the Afters.

If you’re interested in getting in shape for summer, call these guys. Whether you are new to working out or are stuck in a rut like me, I’ve been impressed so far.

Check back Wednesday for a review of Fireboy underwear.
