Last week, CBC Radio-Canada aired a video documentary titled Trans Express about gender-affirming care, but it is full of all of the tropes of what not to do when reporting on trans people. These include poorly framed statistics, a lack of representation and reiteration of disproven theories or narratives around gender-affirming care.
