Hunter Valentine set to rock Vancouver

All-girl rock band releasing new album

Hunter Valentine is back on tour with a new album and riding a wave of popularity after their appearance on Season 3 of the hit reality-TV series The Real L Word.

“I get recognized when I go to the local convenience store to buy some Trident gum . . . so that’s different, and I’m like, ‘oh my god, I’ve got to always look good now,’” says drummer Laura Petracca.

Hunter Valentine’s third studio album, Collide and Conquer, comes out Oct 23.

The band wraps up the Canadian leg of its tour in Vancouver on Friday, Oct 19 at The Cellar Nightclub.
