'It was like a nightmare' says student who was bullied

Xtra‘s Andrea Houston chatted with some Grade 8 students and Ontario’s new education minister at Toronto’s Gordon A Brown Middle School on Nov 14, at the beginning of Canadian Bullying Awareness Week.

Education Minister Laurel Broten says “all of our publicly funded schools, including our Catholic schools, need to be inclusive and welcoming places.”
