The passion of Rachel McAdams

Star at TIFF to promote film about lesbian love

Canadian actress Rachel McAdams hit the red carpet at the Toronto International Film Festival to promote the new Brian De Palma thriller, Passion. McAdams co-stars with Noomi Rapace, who starred in The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Passion is one of the few films in this year’s TIFF lineup that promises lesbian action. It premiered on Sept 11 and will be screened again on Sept 13 and 14. Below is Xtra‘s footage of McAdams.

On occasion, the number of editors and other staff who contribute to a story gets a little unwieldy to give a byline to everyone. That’s when we use “Xtra Staff” in place of the usual contributor info. If you would like more information on who contributed to a particular story, please contact us here.
