Gay Pride in Miami Beach will take place April 8 to 14. The highlights are a beach party on Saturday, April 13, and the Pride festival and parade on Sunday, April 14, with more than 125 vendors and businesses, musical performances, food and a family-friendly play area. The parade runs from noon to 1pm on Ocean Drive. Last year, the event drew more than 60,000 people.
Immediately after the festival, the third annual Pride Cruise will set sail aboard the luxurious Norwegian Sky. The four-night, five-day voyage includes stops at Grand Bahama Island, Nassau, Great Stirrup Cay and Norwegian’s private island. Prices start at $449 per person, based on double occupancy, plus taxes and fees.
