'Everyone's the same': Luke Schenn

The Burke family’s You Can Play campaign is making headlines with its challenge to National Hockey League players to support and welcome gay athletes.

Xtra recently spoke with Toronto Maple Leafs players Luke Schenn, Mike Komisarek and John-Michael Liles to discuss homophobia in the locker room.

“Everyone’s the same and everyone’s welcome around here,” Schenn told Xtra‘s Andrea Houston.
