No Homophobes PSA

The University of Alberta’s Institute for Sexual Minority Studies and Services website, No Homophobes, has launched a public service announcement to further the institute’s goal of ending the use of homophobic language. Watch the provocative video below.

No Homophobes tracks the use of homophobic language on Twitter. Tolerance of racist and sexist language is on the decline, yet slams against queers continue to be prevalent, the site states.
