Saturday night scene

There’s lots going on in Ottawa tonight; it all depends what mood you’re in.

Saturday Drag Extravaganza @ The Lookout with the hottest queens! Showtimes 11:30pm and 1am.

In the mood for something goth and industrial? Of course, why not! Check out Death Disco at Swizzles Bar & Grill.

Or maybe your scene is more Raw Sugar Café with Stars on Vinyl, with guest DJ Memetic and regular hosts DJ daisy and Chris International.

Maybe you’re more soulful tonight . . . in that case, you should check out Rose Cousins, playing at the Black Sheep Inn in Wakefield. $20 at the door.

If you want something less exciting but still stimulating, check out Bully at the Bytown Cinema. This film was featured in Ottawa a few weeks ago in partnership with Jer’s Vision and is really interesting.

It plays at 4:25pm and 9:20pm.
