Toronto Bear Bash
The Village has a new bear party. Hosted by Glad Day and bearforest.com, the gathering begins with a boozy social, and this is followed by a DJ’d bash. Bears and their admirers won’t want to miss it, because as the song goes: For every bear that ever there was will gather there for certain, because today’s the day the teddy bears have their piiiiiicnic (errr, dance party).

Trans Day of Remembrance: Existence is Resistance
In light of the recent US election, it is perhaps more important than ever for the community to come together for the Trans Day of Remembrance at the local queer community centre. It’s a gathering focused on remembering those trans lives that have been lost, and celebrating those that are still here. Child care and peer support are available for attendees.

All Boylesque Revue
Burlesque isn’t just about mesmerizing breasts anymore — now it’s about gyrating and twirling boy parts too. For years now, boys have thrown their hats (and genitals) into the ring as performers in the long and storied tradition of burlesque. Hosted by Madam Poynter, tonight’s event features such sexy, silly performers as Layton Desire, Kage Wolfe, El Toro and Dew Lily.
9pm–1am. Buddies in Bad Times, 12 Alexander St. buddiesinbadtimes.com
