New Bravo reality show promises gay drama

Way Off Broadway's gay competitors dish

Bravo’s new reality television show, Way Off Broadway, promises oodles of gay drama as a group of amateurs put on a musical production of gay favourite The Wizard of Oz.

“It was the best fun ever,” says participant Matthew Davies. “Probably the most fun I’ve ever had standing up.”

The Canadian show tracks 21 musical-theatre wannabes as they attempt to live their dream of taking to the stage. The program airs Fridays at 8pm on Bravo. For more information: wayoffbroadway.bravo.ca
