Generational views on gay marriage and sushi match

A strong distaste for raw fish may correlate with an individual’s anti-gay marriage stance, Mother Jones reports.

A recent Public Policy Polling survey on American appetites reveals that older generations avoid consuming sushi while Millennials, those born after 1982, are bigger fans of the Japanese delicacy.

Comparing the results of this survey against existing data on attitudes toward gay marriage, via the Pew Research Center, reveals a humorous coincidence.
