Flamingo reunion

Once dubbed Ottawa’s prettiest gay bar, The Flamingo vacated its roost last year.

But former manager Sebastien Provost and co-founder Chris Murray are resurrecting the club for a one-off celebration sure to ruffle a few feathers.

The Flamingo reunion will take place at the club’s former haunt, 380 Elgin St, and will feature performances by B’UGO, Kapri, Ashley Gauthier, Murray and Markida Brown.

“We created long lasting memories that will live on and for this reason we are coming back,” Provost wrote on Facebook.
