Behind the Candelabra trailer is a necessary dose of glamour

I was a little skeptical about Michael Douglas playing gay icon Liberace in the upcoming HBO biopic Behind the Candelabra, and even more skeptical about Matt Damon playing his lover Scott Thorsen. But this trailer has eradicated any of my doubts that the hetero actors could pull off the necessary sparkle.

There is glamour, glitter and l’amour mixed with cocaine, champagne, plastic surgery and the most decadent extravagance new money can buy.
