A new gay has come

If you read my debut column in the last issue of Xtra, you’re probably checking Blitz & Shitz today for a “parting word from DJ Adam Dreaddy” as we say goodbye to Fag Fridays at Oasis Ultra Lounge.

But it appears that the peeps over at Oasis have overcome the marijuana-induced lethargy that plagues most Vancouverites, because there will be no RIP for Fag Fridays – just a reincarnation!

Starting tonight, Oasis presents Gay Fridays. DJs Zach Shore and Nick Bertossi will keep the gays dancing all night, and there is sure to be no shortage of laughs and entertainment from fabulous hosts Raye Sunshine and Joan-E.

See you there!
