Stephan Petar is a freelance journalist and the voice behind From Miradouros with Love on Substack. A 2016 Heritage Toronto Award winner, he covers a variety of topics including travel, history, entertainment and lifestyle. He enjoys wandering the streets of any destination he visits, where he is guaranteed to uncover a hidden gem or meet someone that inspires his next story. He is based in Toronto, Ontario and speaks English as well as beginner Portuguese.
