The new season of Orange Is the New Black will be released Friday, June 6.

The series about female inmates is a big hit with the queer crowd. Not only is it laden with lesbians, but there is a major trans character, played by Laverne Cox (who will attend WorldPride Toronto in June as part of TIFF and Inside Outs Bent Lens program).

In the above interview, Taylor Schilling, who plays lead character Piper Chapman, talks about the role and hints at what’s ahead in the much anticipated season. All 13 episodes of Season 2 will be released on June 6.
