Now that Olympic diver Tom Daley has come out in a video blog, every fag he’s photographed with is going to be said to be his boyfriend. But if the gospel according to E! says it’s true . . .

According to E! sources are revealing that Daley’s boyfriend is none other than Oscar-winning screenwriter Dustin Lance Black, who took home an Academy Award for Milk.

The duo were photographed getting drinks at The Coffee Bean in Los Angeles back in October, which is all the proof any gossip monger needs.

Here’s to hoping they prove their love by recreating Lance Black’s leaked bareback photos!
